Delete Your Account

To delete your henlo! account and all associated data, send an email to adam@henlotag.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please send the email from the address associated with your henlo! account so we can verify your identity.

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• All pet profiles you created
• Photos, emergency contacts, and medical notes
• Scan history and location data
• Tag registrations and associations

Your request will be processed within 30 days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
